The last two years were important for Achievers Group of Companies, as we began to deliver on the plan to restructure/ rebuilding our group. The plan was based on a comprehensive review of our strengths and weaknesses. Our essential goal was to improve earning and to set us on a journey towards sustainable, profitability growth.
The momentum for our future progress comes from our strategy, which is designed to leverage our global capacity and from our renewed performance culture, which strive for excellence in all activities.
Operating Segment
The regional business activities are controlled and managed by Resident Directors or Country managers. The Group management takes effective measures to enhance the performance of the each company and take prompt decision to remove the weakness in system and given strict directions for the implementation of internal control system.
Achievers Global Ltd. is holding company of the Group. The Group is managed reflecting both geographic and line of business. As of March 2005, the group was divided into 6 Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
The Group’s primary lines of business are Import-Export of Textile and Used cloths, trading in Electronics products and Home appliances, all type of detergent and management consultancy.
Management Controll System
We also do real estate, Foreign Employment recruitment, managing corporate crisis, Treasury management, Tourism etc such activities are not considered to be core businesses, and certain of these business operations were discontinued, divested or put in turn-off in 2004 and 2005.
