The regional business activities are controlled and managed by Resident Directors or Country managers. The Group
management takes effective measures to enhance the performance of the each company and take prompt decision to remove
the weakness in system and given strict directions for the implementation of internal control system.
Blue Ocean Holding (Pvt) Ltd. is holding company of the Group. The Group is managed reflecting both geographic and
line of business. As of March 2005, the group was divided into 15 Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
