Our Group has a clear strategic direction. We will continue to build on our worldwide market position and strong global brand. In last two years, we have strengthened reserves, increase turnover and improve our capital position. And having aligned the Group’s structure with its high—quality portfolio, we will now continue on the path towards sustained profitability and the creation of new business opportunities around the world.

The last two years were important for Blue Ocean Group of Companies, as we began to deliver on the plan to restructure/ rebuilding our group. The plan was based on a comprehensive review of our strengths and weaknesses. Our essential goal was to improve earning and to set us on a journey towards sustainable, profitability growth.

The momentum for our future progress comes from our strategy, which is designed to leverage our global capacity and from our renewed performance culture, which strive for excellence in all activities.

Supply Chain

Achievers seek to establish strong relationships with supply chain partners to put together the right team with the right experience, skills and capability to deliver excellent and cost effective solutions to our customers.

We have now developed the Achievers Supplier Charter, which reflects not only our commitments and expectations towards our supply chain, but also the approach and behaviour that we expect our suppliers to adopt. It also provides a framework within which our Values can be applied in our dealings with suppliers, sub-contractors and external partners


Operating Segment

The regional business activities are controlled and managed by Resident Directors or Country managers. The Group management takes effective measures to enhance the performance of the each company and take prompt decision to remove the weakness in system and given strict directions for the implementation of internal control system.

Blue Ocean Holding (Pvt) Ltd. is holding company of the Group. The Group is managed reflecting both geographic and line of business. As of March 2005, the group was divided into 15 Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
